Here is some truth I learned in the past 15 minutes.  None of this is as easy as it looks.

Granted, I didn’t have a lot to work with.

And, actually, even these pitiful attempts look better in the picture than they did in real life.

But, a serious disclaimer is needed for those “fabulous” Christmas book trees (and my replicas) — from top to bottom the design ideas  correspond to a significantly deteriorated level of care and preservation of said books.

My recommendation?  Do NOT try any of this at home (or the office).
